Richard Komaiko, JD, is the co-founder of Amicus Media, a leader in digital attorney advertising.  He writes a regular column in the Huffington Post about divorce.

In a previous life, Mr. Komaiko considered himself something of an expert on China.  He is the author of a peer reviewed book about the Chinese legal profession, as well as dozens of articles that have appeared in popular and scholarly journals, and been translated into six languages.

Mr. Komaiko is a former Research Fellow at the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission in Washington, D.C., as well as a former David L. Boren National Security Scholar at the National Defense University.

He holds a degree in economics from the University of Illinois, and has studied Chinese language and culture at the University of Chicago. and the Beijing Institute of Education.  He is proficient in English, Mandarin, Spanish, and Hebrew.
